Veraison Leadership’s founder and Chief Leadership Cultivator, Paul Casanova, has a long-standing track record of organizational excellence and leading leaders.

Before creating Veraison Leadership, Paul had worked at major corporations, such as SC Johnson Wax and Pfizer. He went through well designed and highly acclaimed leadership development programs at both. He has participated in the commercialization of numerous blockbuster products over his career, learning along the way how leadership affects people and ultimately business results. Paul went on to help build out two very different healthcare startups and has spent more than two decades engaging in talent development and creating training for high-quality leaders and teams.

Throughout his career, Paul has been awarded many accolades and specialized, leadership-focused responsibilities, such as his placement on a VP advisory board and his wealth of experience with executive teams, receiving a CEO award for continuous talent development success, and even his role as a VP of sales.

Paul’s demeanor exudes positive leadership and meaningful interactions, which can be seen through some of his other career achievements:

  • Had a direct involvement in the career advancement of more than 50 members of his teams, many of which were also recognized for exceptional performance. He has also mentored many leaders throughout his career, both inside and outside of the organization’s he’s worked for.
  • Led a team that was #1 in market share performance for almost two years - something that had never been done in that market. Paul has led teams as large as 125+ members nationally and contributed to building commercial organizations from the ground up.
  • Paul initiated a major cultural turnaround at one organization that resulted in significantly improved business results and a highly engaged team culture as captured by a Gallup survey.
  • Co-sponsored a leadership development summit at an organization, the first peer-driven development initiative at the organization.
